Summary
The Brand Coordinator is responsible elevating BCA’s current brand presence. They will also support the Sale & Application team with marketing tools to achieve BCA’s sales and revenue goals. Strengthening sales through relationship management, branding, and collaboration of marketing initiatives with targeted customer types is essential.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Develop & implement a brand strategy that is product focused, and relationship driven
- Coordinating with Sales & Application teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy
- Analyzing website and all Media forms effectiveness to determine what drives sales and act
- Developing a marketing approach and materials for product launch campaigns in conjunction with regional sales resources, in house marketing resources and third-party agencies as needed
- Develop Trade Show Marketing and attend trade meetings and industry convention
- Ensuring the Sales & Application team has adequate marketing resources to drive sales
- Preparing and monitoring Marketing budgets
Qualifications
- Proactive, attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
- Passion for: personal accountability, achievement, learning and continual improvement
- Experience with automation equipment preferred but not required
- Understanding industry challenges and trends
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
- Marketing or business degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- CRM experience with salesforce preferred
- Tradeshow travel
