Newburyport, MA, UNITED STATES — BCA, Boston Conveyor and Automation, today announced its continued expansion in both customers and new employees.
BCA recently added “Kate’s Homemade Butter” to its expanding list of customers. BCA designed, built and deployed two robotic palletizing cells which will enable Kate’s to continue expanding and allow for more efficient plant operations. “In over 40 years of having equipment installed this was probably one of the best installs that we have ever had.” said Kate’s CEO Daniel Patry.
To support the expanding customer base the company has grown its employees by over 32% since February of 2021. In July, the company added additional employees in automation, mechanical and systems engineers and management.

Laverdiere said Market forces combined with changing customer needs have led to an expansion for all the companies’ services including, automation, robotics and integrated conveyor systems that are designed and manufactured at the companies Newburyport, MA location.
